Healing Happens Together

Sana Social Club is a trauma-informed social wellness community created for adults who are ready to heal generational patterns, parent wounds, and relational challenges in a supportive and intentional space.

We believe healing is not meant to happen in isolation. Through guided group experiences, somatic practices, and meaningful conversation, we create environments where individuals can reconnect with themselves and others in a safe and grounded way.

Our work integrates nervous system awareness, emotional insight, and embodied practices to support lasting change. Sana Social Club exists to help you move from survival patterns into deeper connection, regulation, and restoration — in community.

Sana Social Club creates spaces where healing becomes relational, embodied, and communal.

Mission

Sana Social Club creates trauma-informed community spaces where adults can heal parent wounds, regulate their nervous systems, and rebuild healthier relational patterns through embodied and collective healing experiences.

Vision

To build a modern social wellness movement where healing from generational trauma becomes relational, embodied, and communal rather than isolated.

Core Beliefs

Healing is relational.

Nervous system safety is foundational to emotional wellbeing.

Generational cycles can end when people gain the tools and support to heal.

Community connection accelerates personal growth.

Embodiment practices are essential to trauma integration.

Community Sessions

As part of the growth and development of Sana Social Club, we offer limited donation-based sessions designed to support nervous system regulation, gentle movement, and embodied awareness.

These sessions are guided by a trauma-informed lens and are currently offered as part of ongoing training in mat Pilates and somatic practices.

This is an opportunity to connect, explore, and experience the work in a supportive and accessible way.

Be Part of the Beginning

Join us for the launch of the Sana Social Club, an elegant and vibrant gathering where we raise a glass to the merging of wellness, community, and sophisticated design. This launch is a deeply personal and professional milestone for me, born from a passion to create a space that fosters genuine connections through the physical energy of fitness and the refined atmosphere of a social club. I am genuinely bubbling with excitement to finally open our doors and share this carefully curated experience with our community. I look forward to welcoming you all, and toasting to our collective passion and a bright future together.
